ICM-huHF disrupts a cognate negative immune regulatory checkpoint and restores CD8+ T cell activities by suppressing Th17 cell immunity, which significantly reduces systemic immune adverse events. (In this study, melanoma gp100 and colon cancer AH1 antigens were used as TSAs, and an active domain of PD1 was used as an ICM.)
